Questions about the Extraordinary Leader process

Once I register, how does the 360 feedback process work?
Once you are registered, you will be entered into an online system so that you can be rated by others. The site will automatically send the participant a customized registration confirmation email. It contains your personal password, and instructions for completing a self assessment, selecting your respondents, and viewing the response rate.
After I select my respondents, what happens?
Everyone that you invite to evaluate you will be automatically invited by email to complete an assessment. The email invitation to raters includes all the logon and other information required to enter the secure survey Website and complete the assessment.
When all the feedback is collected, how will I get the results?
LITe will compile your results into a specialized report which you'll receive and review at your Extraordinary Leaders Institute. This report will be the foundation for the work done on Day Two of the institute.

Questions about Powerful Teaching and Learning

Where did the Powerful Teaching and Learning Group go?
    In effect, nowhere!
All of PTL's programs, services, institutes, and materials remain the same - the change to Leadership Innovations Team name is simply a name change.
I signed up for 2009 PTL Programs. Will those go on as scheduled?
Absolutely. In fact, you should see the registration and information pages for them listed on this website. If for some reason you don't, please let us know.
Are there new email addresses for my PTL contacts?
There are - but the great news is that the old "powerfulteaching.com" addresses will continue to work, too. How cool is that? The new addressing convention is firstname@leadershipinnovationsteam.com. So, to reach Heidi, the Marketing and Communications Director, you'd use "heidi@leadershipinnovationsteam.com".
Has any of the other contact information changed?
Nope. All the PTL phone numbers and addresses in your rolodex are still good.
Will the payment process remain the same?
Yep. You don't need to change a thing about the way that you process or pay invoices. All accounting contacts and processes will remain the same.
Is Leadership Innovations Team still focused on instruction, coaching, and raising student achievement levels the way that PTL was?
    100%
Our commitment to delivering customized solutions for K-12 educators remains the same, we'll just be delivering our services under a new name. Our focus is helping educators, schools, districts, and students to improve, grow, and succeed.
What protocol will the Leadership Innovations Team be using in work with educators?
We've been working with teachers, administrators, and curriculum specialists to develop a comprehensive, research-based Student Learning Protocol that addresses gaps we've observed in other protocols over the years. We're really excited about it, and we'd love to have the chance to share it with you, but we're also 100% percent willing to work with whatever protocol you are currently using.
Our number one priority is to address each unique situation with an equally unique set of solutions and possibilities. We don't want to be limited by having to work with a single protocol. We'll take a look at your specific set of circumstances and help figure out what is going to work best.
I have a question that wasn't answered here.
Please send us an email and we'll route your question to the right person. In most cases we can respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
